The Role
As a Danish Casino Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing the Casino's CRM strategy with a focus on increasing the life time value of the casino players. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in the casino sector.
Main Responsibilities
* Responsibility for generating, planning and conceptualisation of retention and re-activation campaigns and promotions that will maximise player life-cycle and value and reduce attrition.
* Responsibility for monitoring and optimization of current, automated and future promotions and campaigns by maximizing retention, response rates, ROI and bonus spend.
* Managing the casino promotional roadmap and implementation of the campaigns by coordinating and directing the activity of other members of the relevant teams.
* Scoping the promotions and oversees the creative assets, optimizing communication tools and ensuring the creative assets meet the promotion objectives and concept.
* Responsibility for requesting, scheduling and managing all the casino client messaging making sure it is kept fresh, relevant and in line with marketing activities and player behaviour.
* Ensure consistency of communication and according to brand guidelines.
* Initiating and implementing cross sell campaigns to make other brands players try or re-try casino and maximize their casino player value.
* Resolving player issues escalated from customer service /transaction services group to the casino business unit in conjunction with the rest of the team.
* Managing all new game launches promotional activity aimed at increasing game play, retention and revenues.
* Responsibility for monitoring player activity, player value and life time.
Skills and Qualifications
* Online marketing/retention experience essential
* Online casino experience is preferred
* Experience with online casinos is an advantage.
* Native Danish speaker.
* Good communication skills in both verbally and written English. Other European languages are advantageous.
