We like the Sixers here in getting serious points in a situation where Jersey is entering off in a back-to-back situation after beating the Cavs straight up as a nice underdog. This sets up perfectly for a Philly team that is desperate for a win and very similar to the Nets (i.e. Two Superstars). The Sixers are 4-1 straight up and ATS in their last five and we think a flat-out win is not out of the question. Take Philly over New Jersey.

The Lakers would love to exact some ´revenge´ but this is a tough spot for them to do so. The Lakers come off a game last night at Chicago and now will be playing in their fourth different city in the past five nights. It´s only the tenth day of December and this is already the seventh game that the Lakers will have played this month. The T-Wolves, on the other hand, have had the past two nights off and will be playing just their fifth game during December. The Lakers did manage to win the last time they played their second game in two nights. However, that was vs. a Raptors team which has played poorly at home and which was also playing it´s second game in two nights. Looking back past that game and we find that LA is 1-5 SU/ATS the last six times that it played the second of back to back games and 5-15 SU / 6-14 ATS it´s last 20 in that situation. The T-Wolves have already defeated the Lakers twice this season and are now 3-0 SU/ATS the last three meetings in the series and 13-7 ATS the last 20. Let´s look for more of the same this evening.
