""Soliman has a huge heart and is also one of the toughest fighters in the world. When I fought him I dropped him with a bomb in the fifth round. It was probably the best punch I've thrown in my career, it landed as sweetly as any punch I've thrown, and the impact was enormous. Soliman landed flat on his back and I walked back to my corner already celebrating because I thought the fight was finished. I could not believe it when I turned around and he got back up, from that moment I totally switched off and he went on to beat me on points - it was my first loss in 33 professional fights.
"Soliman has never been knocked out in his career and I can see why. There is no way Mundine would have risen from that punch. I don't think any other fighter in the world would have got up after that punch. It shows you just how tough Soliman is and I think people underestimate that side of him."

""I know Sammy [Soliman] a lot better than I know Mundine - I've only done 12 rounds with Mundine and done hundreds of rounds sparring with Soliman. I think Choc's speed and power will be the deciding factors tonight. I think he has improved with each fight and also his confidence will be sky-high after his win against me. That fight was the biggest fight in Australian boxing history and for him to win that, his self-belief would be incredibly high at the moment.
"I'm predicting Mundine to win a points decision. I think the fight will look close on the scorecards to television viewers because that's how Soliman makes fights - he tries to get fighters to fight his way. There will be a lot of action in close and a lot of holding.
"But the scorecards will show Mundine will win a fairly comfortable points decision. In saying that, Sam is an absolute boxing warrior. He has such a high work rate. When you spar him, he makes you work for every minute of every round. And he has a great chin, so I think it will be very hard for Mundine to knock him out. You could hit Soliman with a crowbar and he'd get up smiling.
"[Soliman] is also the kind of guy who can upset people - he showed against Winky Wright he deserves to be fighting the best guys around. But I believe it's going to be a very hard night for Sam, and Mundine will win with his punching power and sharpness."
