Så blev vi internationale :-)
Pick # 1
The blue army from Greve against the yellow army from Brønshøj in the Danish 2. division east today - both team actually use that term :-)
It’s nice to witness that the bookies haven’t found out that we see a new and much improved Brønshøj team after the winter break. In this Copenhagen clash they travel 25 km. south to meet Greve.
What’s new with Brønshøj after the winter break? They have said goodbye to a number of players and picked some new and really decent ones. It seems like the new playing coach Bo Henriksen has reconstructed the defence (about time) and the team play a smooth attacking style with 2 strikers (unfortunately one of them isn´t playing today). Especially watch out for attacker Thomas Maale. He is very lethal for an attacker in the 2. division!
Greve, number 9 in the 2. division east, has had a poor start after the winter break:
01-04-07: Hvidovre – Greve: 1-0
05-04-07: Greve – Skovlunde: 2-2
09-04-07: Slagelse – Greve: 5-1
Espen Bidstrup og Ole Mogensen received yellow cards in the match against Slagelse, and they can’t play against Brønshøj today.
Brønshøj, number 12 in the 2. division east, on the other hand is in terrific shape after the winter break:
01-04-07: Slagelse – Brønshøj: 1-2
05-04-07: Brondby II – Brønshøj: 3-2
09-04-07: Brønshøj – Stenløse: 4-0
Only a loss against Brondby´s B-squad, but scoring 2 goals against them shows class in my opinion. In the last game Brønshøj outclassed Stenløse in every aspect of the game. Unfortunately important attacker Patrick Tronborg received a red card and he won’t be playing today.
I can’t see why Brønshøj shouldn’t continue their winning streak today and climb further up the table.
Odds on Brønshøj should be around 2.30 (Value: Three out of five stars)
