FCM's egen direktør Rasmus Ankersen har selv udtalt, at FCM har været heldige i denne sæson. Der benyttes ekstremt meget statistik i klubbens beslutninger, hvorfor de har et rigtig godt kendskab til, hvordan holdene i superligaen egentlig har præsteret. Det snit klubben har holdt indtil videre er herved ikke en særlig god indikator for fremtiden. Sagt på en anden måde: De burde få færre point per kamp fremadrettet.
