Idag har oplevet BAW/Playits costumer-service fra en ny og bedre side. Svartider på under en time, og til slut et lykkeligt resultat:
Jeg havde placeret et væddemål på antal skud på mål i Carling Cup finalen mellem Manchester U - Wigan. Mit spil gik på over 23,5 skud på mål i kampen. Skud forbi mål talte også med.
Til min store glæde overvære jeg en chancerig kamp, hvor specielt Wigan ikke er bleg for at trykke på aftrækkeren. Der går en rum tid før at Playit/BAW får registreret afgørelsen af spillet, og til min store overraskelse kan jeg onsdag konstatere at de har sat afgørelsen til under 23,5 mål.
Både på Wigan´s hjemmeside og sportinglife.com er der registreret 30 skud. Jeg skriver derfor en mail til BAW/Playit og spørger om en sammenhæng.

As I see it nothing says that it is official statistics. Both according to Wigan official site and
It says 30 shots at goal, so I can´t believe the 23 shots you found at skysports can be correct.
Furthermore nothing in the formulation of the bet nor in your rules says that "blocked shots" does not count. So anyway the stats of skysports could still count as over.

Why is it skysports record you treat as the "correct" result. I certainly do believe, that you should follow official results and the bet therfore should be treatet as over 23,5.

Alt i alt må jeg igen anmode folk om at revudere deres holdning til BAW/Playit, synes faktisk det er ret flot af dem at de er mænd nok til at erkende deres "fejl" / godskrive væddemålet fordi jeg troede de brugte/bruger andre stats end de tilsyneladende gør.

Det er værd at bemærke at resultatet på 16 shots on target er kommet fra sportinglife.com og wigan´s hjemmeside som de i første omgang ikke anså var gyldige når de snakkede med mig.....
