In November I opened an account at Internet1x2, because I found their bonus offer attractive. In the beninning I had only good experiences with the bookie, especially because of the bonus. I made my first withdraw on $200, and received the money on my bank account quick without any problems. I waited about 10 bankdays (Internet1x2 is in USA, and I live in Europe). I really considered Internet1x2 a safe bookie. But I thought wrong.
In April this year a made my second withdraw, this time at $300 (Wire Transfer). Upon withdrawal, they removed the amount from my betting account, but nothing else happened. After a few weeks without any sight of the money, I began writing e-mails to them.
Their response was very poor; 3 or 4 weekdays before their answer, and every time the answer was: "we have send the money, and you will have them within few days". But still nothing happened.
After nearly 3 months, I got new answer from them. They had tried to send the money by cheque, but they have send it to the wrong address. I asked for a Wire Transfer, and after 3 months they sent a cheque!? I asked them to cancel the cheque, and make the Wire Transfer as originally intended. After several e-mails they finally cancelled the checque, and carried out the wire transfer.
After a couple of months still without the money in sight, I have tried to get an update on the situation, but now they simply don't answer my e-mails! In their last answer, they said: "We are waiting for FedEx to credit our account. As soon as we receive this payment, we will resend your cheque". Cheque? Again? I asked for wire transfer! That was on August 26th! Since then I haven't heard anything from their cashout department, though I have written them several times. When I contact "Live support" they say; Please contact cashout@internet1x2.com.
Now I feel I cannot do anymore. I consider my $300 lost.
My advice to all of you:
