Sagen er den at jeg har omkring 20.000 kr. stående på en konto på 18bet. Jeg forsøgte at lave en udbetaling for et par dage siden, og fik så følgende svar på mail i dag:
“We are reaching you to inform you that our Anti-Fraud Department detected that your IP address is already in use by another account.

Jeg har aldrig nogensinde brugt andre konti end min egen, og der er aldrig blevet logget på andre konti fra min ip, så det er direkte løgn hvad de skriver! Jeg har tidligere lavet udbetalinger derfra, men de 20.000 kr. der står derinde er ren overskud, og således derfor de indefryser.
Hvad gør man lige i sådan en situation? De har lukket adgangen til kontoen.
