Får en mail fra mermaidbet om at der nu er åbent for danske spillere. logger in med nemid og indbetaler med bonuskoden MB100.
Jeg opfylder kravene, og laver et rollover på 1* indskud, hvorefter bonussen blkiver tilgænglig til at spille for vel at mærke. Det skete så ikke. kontakter deres livechat (marie) søndag, og spørg hvad der sker. Hun ville oprette en sag, og jeg skulle modtage en mail to timer senere, og derefter vil bonussen være tilgængelig. næh næh. så skriver til dem mandag igen. bonussen skal addes manuelt af deres finans afdeling, hvorfor der kan gå 48 timer siger en ny person. Der er endnu ikke sket noget. Så kontakter jeg deres livechat i dag:
